Been using Interstate Auto for five years now (13 trucks) Seems like every summer they save my bacon a few times. Last week had a technician van fail on him while he was on Oracle north of Tucson. Called Keith and his team went above and beyond saved me atleast a thousand bucks on towing. They went and towed it in fixed the broken hose and returned it to me the next day. I am beyond thankful and would recommend them to anyone needing mechanical automotive services. They are the best by far thank you all.
I took my car to Interstate Auto based on the recommendation of a friend and after having many negative and costly experiences at my Toyota dealership. My experience at Interstate Auto was night and day different. From my first phone call to set an appointment to the conclusion of my repairs, their service was professional, helpful, and more than anything extremely fair and much less expensive than the dealership. Interstate Auto now has a customer for life!
The front desk guy remembered my name from a visit months ago, which honestly surprised me. I only needed new wiper blades and a quick inspection before a road trip, but they still treated me like a long-time customer. Car handled great the entire weekend.
Work was done on time and as promised. I asked them to check my brakes potentially anticipating I would need new pads. E told I need new pads based on mileage and squeak. Jeremy told me brakes were fine. These folks are honest! I will certaintly bring my car back for future service!
