Honest. Shop did a great job inspecting the car and letting us know what all was a problem that needed to be addressed and what was a potential problem that could be worked out in the future if needed. All concerns were addressed and work was done in a timely manner. They send complete quotes with pictures and even warned ahead of time of worst case scenarios. Will be revisiting when future needs arise for sure.
I just have to say I was so frustrated with dealing with the Toyota dealership these past few years and finally decided to look elsewhere. I called this place for help as they had left a part under my car dragging and didn’t specify what it was. They offered to check it out for free and give me a quote. My family was taken advantage of and screwed over by these mechanics and owner. My brothers vehicle was taken in for a dead battery and small oil leak. After completing the work THEY recommended, which involved work on a transmission output shaft seal, I took my brother to pick up his truck. Apparently, the fluid levels weren’t checked by the mechanic, which resulted in a burned up transmission and breakdown on the trip home.
