Bought a truck and 2 cars from them a few years ago no problems. Just bought another vehicle, pictures were of a nice clean car with front end damage and 8000 miles. got a car missing the door handles, interior and insides of doors full of mud. Still waiting to hear back from them after several phone calls, emailed pictures etc. going on a month now. Guess they don't want return customers.
I tried to buy a car 2 weeks ago, they ask they asked for 500 dollar deposit and said that I have 3 days to pay for the car. I pay the deposit, then call back to get the VIN number that my bank was asking for in order to pay for the car. The lady who answer the call did not knew where to get the vin number, then she said, the car is not actually here. I would have recommend them totally if not for response to queries and fulfilling their obligations. I bought a Ford fusion 2017 last month (November) and we have been calling to obtain a sale receipt which would allow us to ship the car abroad but alas we got nothing. It's very frustrating! And we still have not gotten one up to this moment despite several calls to Jeff! Now my car is sitting at the port ! What a waste!
Visited twice (South Dakota location) to see what they have in their lot. They have a good selection of vehicles and the prices are reasonable, but nothing ever really caught my eye. That said, they're either severealy understaffed or are completely apathetic towards customers. The two times I've visited I've been spoken to once (he said I could just go in the lot) and each time he was on the phone when I entered and when I left. Bought a 2012 Jetta, absolutely great deal! People are awesome, I highly recommend these guys to people looking for a Salvage Vehicle to rebuild. (Not to mention they sponsor the #51 car in Xfinity Series)
Well the malibu has been thru hell and back. The focus is the survivor. 41k miles and counting.
