I reported them to state and federal authorities yesterday for breaking ADA laws and discriminating against against a disabled 7-year old child. The lead manager (elderly female w/gray hair) told my daughter that she needed to "kill her dog and then come back" when we tried to enter with her Service Dog. I simply wanted to buckle in my own child (while the dog remained tethered to me) instead of having the teen girl do it, that way the dog would have a better visual since I knew it would be more difficult to detect her scent... read more
