I was driving home to NY from California after my service in the military ended. My car's engine had a catastrophic failure about 20 minutes west of Green River. Had the car towed to Interstate America that night. In the morning, they were honest about the situation, explained my options, and even drove me 30 minutes to the nearest rental car dealer. Great guys.
I was on my way home and overheated 10 miles from green river utah on the interstate, I pulled off to the side and opened my hood and noticed my cap for my radiator was missing, I was 600 miles from home, so I called interstate America and told him I was stranded and without hesitation he said he would go get me a new cap and some antifreeze. Like most people going to Interstate America garage is because you’ve broken down on the highway traveling through. I needed a new water pump and thermostat. It took two days for the repair. The price was on the high side, but understandably since I was stuck and I had no other options. I continued on the road and 200 miles later my vehicle overheated again. I had an intake gasket push all of the coolant out of the engine. Steel Towing dropped me off here at 11pm at night. Mike showed up at 8am gave me all the tools to fix it. He even gave me a ride to Napa… I can’t thank Mike and the guys for all their help. Best part they didn’t charge me a dime!!!!!!
