I have changed my mind. Although the service department as a whole are friendly and courteous, the original repairs needed were not done. They passed me on to a backyard mechanic that wouldn't even give me a quote. The "other guy" must have called them to ask about my motor. They won't even give me a call back to tell me why they wouldn't replace a leaking powerhead or muffler gasket. I've been stuck out on the lake 3 times since. I don't understand. We highly recommend Interstate 69 Marine. Their staff were extremely helpful when we had an issue with our Mercury boat motor while at Reelfoot Lake. Everyone was so helpful especially the initial phone call with Brent who took the time to go talk to the techs, who allowed us to bring it in the same day so our fishing trip was not ruined. They quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. Thank you to Interstate 69 Marine.
