Absolutely horrific place. Completely rat infested. They lie and don't give back money when due. The place has no trash service, the unit leaked tons of water and blew dirt into the unit. It ruined almost everything I owned. I'm a travel RN and expected professional service and a professional storage unit to protect my belongings. Still being charged and haven't used the storage unit in several months
Completely rat infested. I have had all of my closed that were in boxes urinated on and rat poop is on almost every single square inch of all of my fine furniture, bed, inside every single box. The wind also blows dirt into thr units and absolutely EVERYTHING is covered in fine dirt. The door in itself is hard to open if you're even slightly handicapped. I rented a unit for over 3 years here. In that time, they mistakenly cut my lock twice. Changed the access code to the gate multiple times without notifying me, and now are refusing to cancel my lease and refund me although I followed the instructions in the lease perfectly. Avoid this place.
