I brought my car in for a perforated back window graphic, and they ripped off 16 inches of paint from the left side of the rear window, replaced what was my white paint with off white vinyl that looks like tape, then charged me full price for the job. I can't believe that anyone wouldnt take responsibility for their mess up of this caliber. This is your warning to not let their good rating fool you. Use another company while you still can.

I did business with these people about 20 months ago, it was an ok job. In the 20 months this world has changed so much, i contacted them recently about getting the same truck done for my new business, I only contacted them because another sign company was giving me the cold shoulder, they didnt bother even give me a quote. This is what it is like being black in America. This was the 5th sign company I have contacted, been trying to get my sign done since june.

Where do I start. Company is a joke. Total waste of time. Don’t know how they stay in business. I drove down twice for appointments that were made by their receptionist, both times the guy was in meetings... I was told to reschedule after I got there. When I did talk to the general manager running shop, he had no customer service, acted like I was wasting his time. So, I guess I’ll try another company.
