This review applies to the Elkhart location only. Also, rather than edit my previous review of exactly how terrible the Elkhart location is, I decided to just delete it and begin a new one. I have never had a worse experience with a bank-- and I used to bank with Wells Fargo, so that's saying a lot. I had my card stolen a couple of months back and was told that it would be handled quickly, which it was. I was also told that, to avoid any future issues, they would turn off my overdraft protection to ensure that I wouldn't be saddled with overdraft charges-- that apparently wasn't true. Remarkably incompetent, outright disgusting
I've never had a problem here. Friendly staff. Helped me with a lot of things including basics and creating an estate account, cashier's checks, transferring funds, etc. Interra seems very safe and secure, as they will monitor any suspicious activity.
