This CU will not verify funds on an attorneys trust check for settlement. They advised over the phone they would exchange the trust check to a certified check for $18. When I arrived to do that. I was told to leave. This CU trust fund check is NSF and against the law to do that on a client's settlement check. Did this CU turn this NSF trust check in to the Bar Association as is required?
Just getting my point across, it's a terrible bank.
