Horrible ! DO NOT USE ! Contacted them for two weeks for a USCIS appointment got a confirmation friday 3 days before appointment then comes today (monday) and no interpreter showed up . I called office they were looking into it and never called me back. I called back they stated they were unable to find coverage because the interpreter cancelled friday afternoon? The same day I had gotta a confirmation? VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .I DO NO RECOMMEND
Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Do not use!!!!! A lady by the name Tanya never picks up her phone. And all the representatives have a short fuse. Zero patience and they just tell you someone will call back. And then they don’t !!! Stay away!!!!!

Kelvin caused me a huge problem. I requested a live interpreter for a green card interview at USCIS Cranbury more than a week ahead of time. Kelvin sent me the Docusign with a quote which I completed immediately. Several days went by with no contact and no confirmation, despite my constant emails. Finally, yesterday, Kelvin asks if a virtual interpreter is OK, which it is not, and never has been from the beginning. But, it is all I can get, so I asked for confirmation of that. I never got it.
