Their driver had a load of stone on a dump truck, that I followed down Pine street from 2nd to Ross st, then left on Ross to Jubilee and Theriault, where I let her know she was losing stone out between the dump box and tailgate. I explained she wasn't losing a few stores, she was losing wheel barrel fulls of stone. She said she would call her boss, I informed her she had insecure load and that it wasn't safe.
