My daughter was nervous for her first blood draw but the phlebotomist did so well with her. Quick and efficient!
Maybe this was an off day for them, but I'm never going back. Front desk person was clearly annoyed with everyone including her coworkers. I wouldn't have known this except the waiting room is so small and you can hear everything. Speaking of waiting, I waited 45 minutes to get my labs drawn. Only one person was drawing blood. The blood draw itself was fine but he didn't shut the door which felt weird. This place is understaffed and unprofessional.
