Came here to leave a bad review because I had no way to pay the bill without the bill number which I didn’t have, and reached billings automated tone stating they open at 8am but would tell me I called outside of business hours when I was calling at 8am and no option to leave a voicemail after awhile I realized I could email them and googled that and reached out and around noon later that day Bonneville called. Absolutely rude beyond useless humans work here
TERRIBLE company. How do we pay you money? Service was bad all around they make impossible to pay your bill.
Will send you to collection right away and won't let you pay with them at all after it is sent to collections with no warning so you have to deal with slimey debt collectors having your phone number
Sent me to collections with not even a month of waiting for me to pay the bill, I attempted to pay through their portal two weeks ago where it said I had no balance, then today I received a collections letter. Seems like a good one two on Interpaths side.
