To start, this place deserves zero stars. I had to click one in order to write the review. My daughter is 20 months old and the experience we went through was horrendous. After the 3rd probing and digging around to find my daughter’s vein I interrupted the Phlebotomist and said, “you are hurting her.” No response from her. I bit my tongue to allow ‘the professional’ to do her job. The office is so close to my home I walk in sign the sheet and wait a couple mins and I am done. The gal isn’t especially friendly but takes care of business. I think she is the only person there so is polite and focuses on what needs to be done. She is great I rarely even feel the needle and haven’t bruised. My first time I wasn’t sure what I needed to do. Maybe there should be a sign telling people to sign the sheet and say someone will be with you shortly. Now I know what to do and expect which gets me in and out fast.
I don't understand all of the bad reviews. My husband and I have been going to this Interpath lab for many years! It's always the same lady, I can't remember her name, but she never hurts us or bruises us! It's been great for us!
My experience at this particular interpath lab was terrible. Usually the one in Richland is way better. I walked in and was not greeted at all. Just sat and waited to be helped. After a patient left, the receptionist sat down and said nothing at all. Another person walks in and signs a sign in sheet. Didn’t even know there was a sign in sheet because she didn’t tell me when I walked in. I said “Oh, I didn’t even realize there was a sign in sheet.
