This company is terrible at communicating. I moved from Oregon City almost 2 years ago to Christmas Valley, Oregon, and for some reason, this company could not communicate with my new health care provider about my new address, especially since they probably received a return to sender every time they got my bill. So what did they do they turned me into collections, and they had no problems finding my new address!? So now I owe them 700+ dollars because they failed to just make a few phone calls.
