I had to write this review for Chelsea at Interpath/Brookings. This young woman was so warm, patient, kind and knowledgeable. After interacting with her several times over several visits at the front desk, she brought me back to draw my blood. I can honestly say I never even felt the needle. She deserves 10 Stars.
My honest doctor spoke with them and they are charging 3-5x what he has to pay for labs and the paper is blacked out what he has to pay. Quest labs near his office in Portland charges to my doctors account which is much less and I pay my doctor giving his senior citizens a break. He said besides that he can’t believe they are charging insurance company and clients same pricing. That’s okay…I am going to Portland anyway and will have it done. Also there are other Quest labs near Roseburg.
They are polite, efficient and knowledgeable.
Friendly and helpful staff, short wait time, walk ins only, no appointment necessary.
