They are fast and pretty friendly. I come every 3 months or so for labs and never have waited more than 5 minutes. I do always come right when they open at 8:00am.

I had a great experience at the location on Ely in Kennewick. The total length of the visit was less than 15 minutes (even with my hard to find veins). No bruising!
