La peor experiencia, fui a hacerme mi pregnancy 3 hrs glucose test y me atendieron muy bien, la verdad siempre me han atendido muy bien, pero hoy me dieron la bebida que tenía 5 min para terminarla y en cuanto me la terminé salió otra persona a pedirme disculpas que se habían equivocado que si estaba disponible para ir otro día, estaba más de 12 hrs en ayunas porque lo requieren para la prueba, no se porque tienen a ese tipo de personas, si no saben. The entire team was absolutely amazing! They are so quick! The team was polite and courteous. Aron was absolutely amazing at taking my labs!
They really need a better system if EVERYONE GOES TO LUNCH AT THE SAME TIME. Literally why are you leaving ONE receptionist to handle the phones, the faxes and the actual lab draws during the busiest time of the day? Why exactly cant you take lunches at different times?
Was sent to get lab work done at interpath by my doctor and ended up receiving a bill from them because they didn’t input my insurance information that I provided to them and tried billing an insurance I don’t have. I honestly have no idea how the hell this happens, but their employees need to be making sure that they’re inputting all of the patients information appropriately so that people don’t have to call them to get that fixed. This all could’ve been avoided if they had just done their job correctly the first time.
