The phlebotomist who works here is a master of her craft! I am a "hard poke" and she quickly completed the work with ease on the 1st try.
The woman working at the desk was so unkind. The person worked for before was kind and nice. When I asked the question, she didn't answer me kindly, and she seemed to ignore me by just saying what she said.
