I hate medical needles. Always have. I told McKinley (so sorry if I misspelled your name) that and she talked me through it so well. She stayed calm and kept me breathing and talking. I was also a bit dehydrated and she still managed to get the vein quickly. I was in and out in probably 10-15min. I will be coming back for future bw.
Staff was friendly. Service was quick and painless.
