Always opens late. States the lunch break is 12:30-1 online, I came in at 12:05 and was turned away because their lunch break is apparently 12-1. Very inconvenient for a 5 min draw.
Horrible experience with her. She does understand that some people have disabilities. She made a complaint about mine and that made me feel worse than I already do.
The staff are wonderful people and always take care of me from beginning to end...
I went here to get my blood drawn and I don't know the phlebotomists name but she was very professional and had brown hair, was skilled and kind unlike a lot of phlebotomists in Centralia/chehalis. She didn't have to poke around my arm for an hour before trying the heating pad even though I was dehydrated and super anxious. The office itself is really nice and the people at the desk were kind and quick too. Whenever someone needs a blood draw I will make sure to suggest here.
She made me feel comfortable and had warm hands
