Short wait and everyone was very nice. I have small veins so 95% of time I have to be stuck multiple times. The phlebotomist Gretta was wonderful! She got it the first try, no pain and very little bruising.

Cheers to Lori and team for being incredible helpful, professional, and compassionate during my blood draw -- particularly when I was 95% passed out in their armchair for 20 minutes, after I confidently insisted I'd be fine. Lori was so patient and kind and checked in on me until I was ready to go home. She's the kind of clinician that your mother would be relieved to know you're in the care of. Thank you again! Next time I'll bring a juice box!
