2nd appointment with N. Patel. She is outstanding and extremely helpful. I truly appreciate her taking care of my concerns. Everyone there is very nice and I am so grateful to be a patient at their establishment.
Worst office management EVER! Took 1.5 months to get a referral. They blamed on being short staffed but they've ALWAYS had service issues when it comes to follow-through (In my 6 years). You really have to hound them down to get things done. Super sucks because the doctors and PTs are great! Update: 2025 --- stiiiiilllllll dealing with the same issues. Trying to get a referral since August and its now October. I have low doubts about improvement now that Crozier is closed.
I've had my fair share of doctors, specialists and surgeons. Having said that, it's imperative to note that the office of this practice is terribly incompetent and rude. They are aggravated to take your call. They ignore and dismiss you upon arrival and have vicious, verbal answers. If actions speak louder than their words, it is clear they don't care and attempt bullying tactics.
