Please don't go here. They give attitude every time you call to get anything done. They also got my girlfriend fired because they told her they sent paperwork to her employer when they never actually sent it. This made her health even worse!

Dr. Mcgill was great. The problem is the red tape bureaucracy at the office. Insurance information is never correct. You will often receive bills or be told you owe money at your next appointment Thankfully there are some personable staff members who will do all they can to attempt to resolve these issues. It's unfortunate that these issues arise frequently. Since Dr. Mcgill has retired I've also had issues getting prescriptions filled. The new dr. The doctors seem okay, but the office staff needs some customer service training. I understand having to cancel appointments due to doctors' schedules, but don't seem indifferent about it. And either offer reminder calls and take responsibility when you don't make them or just don't offer the service. In this day and age, it's not that hard to send out an automated e-mail or text.

Dr. McGill was disrespectful, unhelpful, and sarcastic. I do not recommend him. Dr. Weinstein, on the other hand, was great.
