I met Windsor at the Sema Show this year and assumed he was a straight-up business guy. I sent him product and have never got paid. As time has went on, it has became obvious this guy is a total scammer and rip-off. Don't do business with this loser. They are operating without a valid business license and are scamming everyone they can.
International Wheels Rip-off/ Scammers – This business which also goes by the name International Wheels Unlimited, has no legal license to operate in Baltimore or Maryland. Windsor McDowell is a total scam artist and a no-pay. He came to the Sema Show this year and pretended to be legitimate business, only to scam those that were foolish enough to send him product. Stay away from this business. McDowell is a criminal rip-off, con artist.
