BEWARE, Gave me a ticket before I even had a chance to pay, LITERALLY within 3 minutes of parking. Absolute gongshow trying to figure everything out. Stay clear
BEWARE: Extremely disappointing experience. I parked at International Village Mall and stayed well within the advertised two-hour free parking limit, yet I still received a ticket because my vehicle was supposedly not registered. The problem is that the registration requirement is a fairly new measure (only a couple of months) and was not clearly communicated. They will ticket you even if you register and have proof you went to a movie. Avoid.
Parking patrol are complete nincompoops. Gave me a ticket an hour AFTER I had already registered for the Cineplex free 3-hr parking. (Email and move receipt to prove it.) This incompetence only hurts their client (International Village) and their clients. You can be sure they will be hearing from me. Given the number of people this happened to today (according to mall vendors, security and other patrons), I think COV needs to step in.
If you have an issue, this company is awful to deal with. I suggest you avoid that issue by parking elsewhere.
