As a resident who lived here for almost two decades I would give it less but I cannot, do not live here. It is a terrible place currently, the maintenance and upkeep of this place is abysmal. The association are a bunch of crooks, they don’t care about anything but themselves and will leave you to fend for yourself regardless of whether you pay all your fees and whatnot, and if you don’t pay then they just have a reason to ignore you, and or fight to ruin your life while you live there and get you evicted. Great place... Easy going owner with multiple properties for sale owner carry loans with 20% down or lease to own I found it incredibly comforting to be able to buy without a bank
