I found the company info on an av forum board. I called one day and talked to an extremely nice lady named Cindy and she recommended a dvd player for me and I ordered it later that night. It was delivered in just a couple of days. I'm so happy I found this company.

Well, it's been decades since I experienced this level of customer service. Thanks for restoring my faith! I couldn't find an inexpensive DVD player at Walmart or on Amazon with good reviews, and somehow I stumbled onto 220 Electronics website, and it felt good. I ordered a $45 unit, got it quickly, and it broke within six weeks of light use. Much like the reviews at other sites say about cheap DVD players.
