UPDATED REVIEW In July 2023 my family moved from NY to NC. When we were set to receive our furniture we got COVID. My husband was at our new home to be there when the movers unloaded. I was sick at my daughter's house so I wasn't there to give a detailed inventory. Initially my husband notwd we were missung our UHaul dolly (that we bought from UHaul). These people are not professional. The customer service representative was so rude not helpful at all. I will never use them again and I do not recommend them to anyone
