Bait and Switch! They'll suck you in by there easy 'pre-qualified' BS then string you along for 2 weeks only to be told "it's too complicated and we have 100 easier deals coming in daily." Don't waste your time.
i bought a box truck 11 months ago with this company and with warranty. I have almost 6 months with my truck in the shop waiting and waiting for a new “part” that had to be made. They absolutely have not been helpful and delay the time that I’m supposed to get my truck back EVERY TIME. What is this unprofessionalism ????? I need my truck back. They don’t give me an actual answer and i’m tired of dealing with this.
I had a wonderful experience good quality used International trucks,Eddie and Tracy were very helpful,they both took time on a Saturday to meet with me,I travel 4 hours away it really was worth it,thanks you guys for being patient and understanding.
This dealership has the best people that I’ve ever bought a vehicle from. My salesman was Tracy Brown. He went above and beyond to help me. He was very friendly and I got to know him thru our talks about his family and pets as well as the international truck that I bought. I got a great deal on it. He was willing to find out anything I had questions about. Got me lined up with a great bank to finance my truck thru.
