IUS was able to come for a service call on my motorized shades even though they did not do the original install, which was great. They were very quick to answer my initial email and provide a service quote, and had the service call scheduled for less than a week after my inquiry. The team arrived promptly, were very friendly, and solved the issue quickly. Highly recommended!
