My DVD/VCR recorder stopped working. Cant get them any longer. I called Sony and they recommended this facility. He is a small business owner and does the work himself. He gave me a good price and repaired it. My VCR tapes can now be recorded. So happy to have found this place. He plans on moving. I hope not too soon.
Horrible service, replaced the DLP chip in my Samsung, the screen position was off after and they didn't fix it, never called back, won't return calls, contacted Samsung and told them.
I have been lied to by every single employee in this "business". If they are your only option, learn to do without!
