Lying staff don’t know what’s happening. I wasn’t advise about my shipment arrived in Perth when I investigate they blame on the supplier of the other country, when I asked for proof they blamed me for all the delays which cost me additional $508. Don’t understand the difference between the quotation and actual invoice twice I received quotation for around $600 and later get the invoice for $1100.
