This company has fallen on hard times. They have shutdown their customer support call center and now only “answer” emails and text messages. Good luck getting a response. I have been waiting for a receipt and tracking information on a $300 tool for nearly a month. Multiple text messages and emails to customer support, NO RESPONSE. They charged my credit card no problem. I am in the process of having this charge reversed. Buy your tools elsewhere. They have probably been purchased by a scam company.
Bought tools from them , received order # no way to track , called 800 # automated phone service , told to leave all my info and they will get back to me within 5 days wtf. Don’t buy from this company they flat out suck
I made order online they says that order will be shipped in 5-7 days. After 11 I still not received update for my order. They did not reply my emails and had never pickup the phone. I would not recommend this store for online order. I better give my money to Home Depot.
