Do NOT sign up with ISSA to get a personal training certification. I'm out seven HUNDRED dollars for LITERALLY NOTHING ( I haven't even opened the site) and they have refused to cancel my enrollment, my payments etc.. even though I can't afford it. HORRIBLE customer service (was on hold for AN HOUR yesterday and talked to so many representatives it made my head spin) and they hung up on myself AND someone who tried calling on my behalf after I got too frustrated to speak.

RecommendedI became a Master fitness trainer through ISSA since 2017. Received my Associate degree with them and currently in the ISAA Batchelors degree program. I love the way ISSA is setup because it fits perfectly with my schedule. My advisor and professors are quick to answer any questions I have. I would recommend anyone with them especially those who are in the military.

Joseph Anthony Parson is associated with your company and publically proclaims to be part of your association. He speaks of naked women, who are fat and should go to the gym. Unfortunately, he assumed that was me. disgusting, discriminatory hate speach. You need an ethical oath that requires your members to treat the public with respect. RecommendedHealth & Fitness has many pieces to the puzzle. We all learn more as we go and apply the Principles [ 7 Grand Daddy Laws ] along with personal experiences , diet/nutrition, clients, work outs and many more. The ISSA is a major piece to that puzzle. I recently passed my CFT course which allowed me to improve on all the fitness i have already done in my life. RecommendedAll materials was excellent but it’s lacking for illustration videos to support the student to clear understanding the materials.
RecommendedI am NASM Certified and I don't believe that they have the ability to make a great trainer through their program. I like this one because it has a great opportunity for specialized area's of practice like bodybuilding. I just wish that they had Crossfit on their list as well.
