Awful customer service. I placed an order for product from the website for the price listed (which is a too good to be true price), have my credit card accepted, and receive confirmation. I receive a call saying they can not/will not honor the order. I tell them the order was accepted and confirmation was received. He tells me he is having a bad day and to F*** off. He then hangs up on me and cancels my order.
Very rude and they don't stand behind their product! They offer products that are not authentic, they know it and don't stand behind it! When you try to stand up for yourself, the owner berates you and try's to make you feel like you are the one who was wrong?? You can get these products from a lot of other places that will stand behind them if something goes wrong. Unfortunately this isn't one of these places.
