Had a great experience with the team at IQ. Genuine bunch of people, they hold a large variety of pool equipment and chemicals to keep your pool in top condition. Competitively priced too.
Phenomenal business with phenomenal staff and service... Interesting parking lot though.
This company does not honour warranty claims. We bough a Chlorinator that came with our pool, it did not last 2 years and had a 3 year warranty on it. I contacted the company and even though 2 different pool shops confirmed it was Chlorinator, they wasted our time and considerable amount money getting chemicals, only to confirm it was the chlorinator and now the company that has run out of excuses will not return our emails. Do not buy anything from them, they are a disgrace
