Been waiting over 4 weeks now for parts that were “in stock” on site! Customer service is absolutely terrible!! Also payed an extra $37 on top of shipping cost to have it here sooner. Never again will we order from this company.

The staff is great store is clean but the chlorine is watery down I brought 2 bottles of the 20 L chlorine from them I put 10 L into my pool as I do all the time notice no change in the water then I went ahead and added the next 10 L makes that 20 L in one day still no change so on Monday I added the next bottle but still no change then I realize that is chlorine is watery down.
