The staff is great store is clean but the chlorine is watery down I brought 2 bottles of the 20 L chlorine from them I put 10 L into my pool as I do all the time notice no change in the water then I went ahead and added the next 10 L makes that 20 L in one day still no change so on Monday I added the next bottle but still no change then I realize that is chlorine is watery down. Purchased a hot tub, and speakers had issues a week after we purchased. Called them, they came and said nothing is wrong. A few months after they were not working again. Finally called them again, they came while we were not home, found a bill in the door, being charged almost 300. And I'm assuming I would have to pay for the replacement parts and subsequently for the labor of replacing it. The manager at this location doesn't return calls. Will never do business there again. Very negative guy.
