I attended a First Aid/CPR course this morning and was thoroughly impressed. The facilitator, Allan, was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. He created a comfortable environment that encouraged everyone to participate, and he delivered the content in a way that made the learning both memorable and enjoyable. I recently had the pleasure of completing the first aid course , Alan our instructor was full of knowledge and very efficient in his delivery of the course. I learnt a lot of practical skills and information and would highly recommend the course.

Highly recommend! Done the first aid course with Alan twice now in Lismore, and thoroughly enjoyed both sessions. Very thorough and informative, keeps his students engaged. I have definitely come away with a lot more knowledge today, thank you!
