You have drivers waiting for hours while the 3 forklift operators unloading recycle bales are parked next to each other joking and laughing instead of doing their job. I want their job, get paid to goof off and not work
Took truck of 28 bales. Unloaded in 15 minutes.
How in the world you got 4 forklifts unloading but still unload 4 drivers I was ahead and still taking your time. This place is so slow and unorganized till it a pitiful. They don't care how much time you have left o your clock and all they are doing is riding around on these forklifts instead of unloading your truck. I don't want to come back here ever again because these people don't and have attitudes here.
Bring provisions and be prepared to stay here for hours... I have been here since last night going on 12 hours ! Horrible work culture, no oversight, accountability and pure laziness!
What a joke. They take as much as your time. 5-6 hours to get loaded
