Don't schedule a 3pm appointment, because that's when they change shifts.. the guys were nice enough tho and would have unloaded me at 2:45 if I had 6 rolls instead of 9. So having 9 i Had to wait for 2nd shift to unload me.. well let's just say I didn't get out of there until almost 4:30. Btw it isn't all that bad to get into the dock, just watch your front end so u don't get hung up on the railroad tracks and keep a eye on the concrete retaining wall on your passenger side.
Been sitting at the dock here for rolled paper waiting for them to unload me sitting here for two hours as soon as I backed in, they decide to take their break so far it’s been two hours. Still haven’t touched my trailer. Lazy workers !
Don’t mind but improve your shipping clerk window services. After Loading I am waiting for shipping clerk at window from 30 minutes and no one coming. Please improve this service. Drivers are human no air conditioning where drivers standing at clerk window. It’s hot 🥵
