Normally I don’t write reviews but this place is exactly what many trucking has been complaining about in the industry. To make a driver wait for hours to take off 7 rolls of paper when there is no other trucks there is just wrong. The two forklift drivers were doing absolutely nothing, just burning the clock and sitting while our driver just sat and waited to be unloaded. Delivery appt was 2am. Checked in at 1:15. Done by 2am. You have to sit inside while they unload.
Not bad for delivering paper rolls Looks like FCFS. If you not super early, its ok to just back in to either open dock 15 or16. Derek unloaded me super fast. Took 10mins to unload. Only one problem I don't see a bathroom.
Very fast unloading as long as you follow the rules. In and out in 15min. If you have large paper rolls, receiving docks are 15-16. Do not listen to bad reviews, for me it was a very good experience.
Accessible from I-79 and I-70. Shipping very courteous and responsive. No super ego. Loaded within 20”, yes you have to wait in cage. But Id rather wait 20” in cage than 6’ at some dc or so. Hopefully my english is proficient enough and for all those struggling with english as a second language I am recommending this month book by E.H. The Sun Also Rises. Can read it in a day or two but indulge urself and enjoy it. Cheers and Happy Trails.
