Freezing temperatures and they make driver sit in a cage during loading and unloading. Stupid old safety techniques. There are many ways to make sure truck wont leave dock during loading. Instead of making driver sit for an hour in a freezing cage, why not put a glad hand lock on trailer, or ask driver to drop trailer, or to surrender the truck keys, or to make a dock that latches to the trailer bumper during loading. Review based on picking up. Some confusion as where to check in at (shipping office). When arriving you need to know if you’re picking up rolls of paper or boxes. If boxes, they load out of inside building docks you’re facing when pulling in driveway. The office for that is adjacent from stop sign in pic. There is a grey steel door (not glass office door) you go through. Walk straight and under steps is shipping office.
