Terrible company for pick up
Terrible place for truck drivers!
Don’t deliver to this place. They left my trailer full of garbage. I asked for a broom to sweep it out and put the trash they left in my trailer into a can and she gave me a broom. I was very nearly done when she told me to pull up, took the broom away while I was pulling up, and told me I couldn’t finish sweeping it there. I asked if I could at least throw the trash in the cans they had sitting right there and they wouldn’t even let me do that. Avoid it if you can. My english is second language, but looks like security dont understand each other in english. Lady in checkin shack said me I have to go to the loop road and security car will escort me. Security escorting me to the trailer dropoff area and waiting me drop off trailer. I was thinking it is loop road. Finally I went out of facility to the truck stop to wait they call me dock is ready. Broker call me and inform they ready to load me. I came back again to the checkin shack and again they send me to the loop... read more
