I was the Corrugator Operator for 22+ years. I read everything book I got my hands on from Bill Hartlet starch supply . Trained my crew n evaluated trainees . Everyone equal . We didn’t run on common sense we ran sheets on knowledge. Junk is run till somebody figures it out , knowing before challenge is easier . For the sake of team I didn’t keep Whiners . Literally the worst product I've ever worked with. They have zero quality control no matter how many complaints they get.
Great place but too many employees are smoking cannabis an running machinery, endangering others !
Just stuck waiting at the gate. There’s no other trucks rolling in or anybody answering. The truck entrance is on the north side of the plant.
