For paper roll pick up, after entering gate,go to RR track but don't cross. 2 docks on right, one is broken. First come first serve. When you see the ramp by dock,go in door beside ramp and walk up 3 step staircase after going in door on the left. Slide tandems, chalk wheel, sit at cage door while being loaded. Was fast but had to wait for lunch break over. Think they stop unloading and loading around 2 or 2:30. Get bol at last door on left when leaving. Have pickup number. This place is a joke!!! I'd give no stars if I could have an appointment and now I sit an wait cause they have too many trucks here. Learn how schedule better freaking joke!!!
I read the previous posts and was like this going to be a headache but I got to the place 2hr before my appt had a truck ahead of me guy let me come on in and he unloaded me fast and i left 1hr before my appt started only bad part about the experience was the amount of space you have to back other than that everything went good
