slow unloading and they don't clean trailer when they finish nor have equipment for you to clean trailer out
Terrible — the load was overweight by 4,000 pounds. I had to go back and unload it. Very unprofessional loading job.
It's a tight location to get in and out loading is a little slow but staff is nice
Poor setup. They have scale you have to pull into that’s scrapes your sleeper truck because they don’t trim trees and bush’s near scale. Scale was made for day cabs. Also will not unload without an unload ticket? BOL is not sufficient? Probably brokers fault but still seems silly considering BOL has all Information.
Got a dock as soon as I checked in but still had to wait for 2.5 hrs before they started unloading me. Then when started unloading took another 2hrs.
