They will take as much money as they can from you. They were not up front about ALL the costs that would be associated, not much is included in the membership. Also, they did not inform me of a recurring charge when i signed up. I was later informed it was is some packet that I never received. I could not get them to stop calling for additional services that, of course, would be an extra charge. Finally, I asked to never to receive a call from them again and they did follow through
