I wouldn't buy a new or used motorcycle from them... I purchased a used motorcycle back in Spring this year, I specifically asked the salesman, was it "inspected and passed", he said yes. Upon having it professionally inspected, the rear tired failed, easily. Then, I check oil, level upon receiving (no leaks visible) was "below the add mark". Leave it up to you, what would you "think" about their "quality control".

I have been trying to call their service department for about a week now but nobody answers at all. I cannot leave a message either because they're voicemail is full. I probably wouldn't wanna leave a message either way as they probably never get attended to. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I would advise others to think about buying here as you may get a great sales support but if you need something fixed you will not get anywhere with their service department.

I purchased a bike from this shop less than 2yrs ago and it has developed an oil leak from the rear main. I have attempted to contact the service department multiple times via phone, text (multiplle numbers), and email. I am an 8 hr drive away, and I did inform then off this, so just popping by is not an option. I know I am just one customer but there is a reason I paid up for new and not used. First time visiting the Vancouver store. We were looking for balance bikes for our twins. Brennan took great care of us and the twins love their new balance bikes and kids sized International motorsports baseball caps. Highly recommend we will be back. The stores has everything you can think off with 2 wheels. Thanks.
