I just had my BMW coolant leak repaired at IMW and it was a very positive experience. The service manager Pete explained the options clearly, gave me estimates over the phone, and was able get my car into the shop for the repair in a timely manner. The work was completed quicker than I anticipated and it came in just under the quoted price. They have a nice, clean shop and I felt my car was in good hands from start to finish. I will use them again when my BMW needs work. I highly recommend them.

Anthony,owner,very knowledgeable n helpful. My 2016 fiat was misfiring y need 2 replace engine valves,a/c line, water pump,etc. Tried hard to get Midwest insurance co to honor the wtty. That used car warranty from Bay Shore dealer is a joke but Anthony did commendable reliable work. Has a top reputation for deep engine repairs. I highly recommend his shop.

The team was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Their expertise and attention to detail are top-notch. I'm so impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality service. Five stars isn't enough!
