IMG service did not treat my wife and I ethically. I used a $50 coupon for my wife’s brake service and they increased the cost from the original quote and charged $17 per side for brake guide grease to nearly eliminate the $50 coupon. You can buy a tube of brake guide grease for less than $5 dollars from the auto parts store, so $34 total for grease is asinine since you only use a dollop about the size of a quarter when replacing brake pads. Very honest. I needed a brake caliper replaced and they found a way to salvage the original parking brake mechanism. Saved me money. I'll be coming back in the future.
Easy to work with, incredibly friendly customer service, fast, quality car service. They even vacuumed my car just for an oil change. Highly recommend!
My first time bringing my car here and I have to admit, overall I wasn’t very impressed. I will say one positive was they had availability to work on my car the day I called and I was able to pick it up later that evening. That was probably the highlight. When I called I asked about pricing for an oil change and break job, and that I already have the rotors and pads, so they gave me a quote for labor.
