Very honest. I needed a brake caliper replaced and they found a way to salvage the original parking brake mechanism. Saved me money. I'll be coming back in the future.
Easy to work with, incredibly friendly customer service, fast, quality car service. They even vacuumed my car just for an oil change. Highly recommend!
My first time bringing my car here and I have to admit, overall I wasn’t very impressed. I will say one positive was they had availability to work on my car the day I called and I was able to pick it up later that evening. That was probably the highlight. When I called I asked about pricing for an oil change and break job, and that I already have the rotors and pads, so they gave me a quote for labor. Beware, these guys are total cowboys. I had my crank, no start 2010 mini cooper towed here twice in one week thinking these "experts" could fix the issue. Spoiler alert, they could not. The first time they replaced an O2 sensor, charged me $700, and I drove it home. The next morning, same issue: crank, no start. They the kept it over a long weekend waiting for parts, got it running (without the $1,000 in new parts it "needed") and sent me home. Next morning it would not start.
