When I returned, I was told that the technician never touched the entertainment system and that my radio was completely dead. They said it would cost $3,500 to replace it. I reminded them that my car should be returned to me in the same condition I gave it to them. The service advisor insisted that it was working when they returned it to me. Taking my Truck to this place to be sold, is the most expensive mistake I have ever made!!! Jason Grech’s lies and deceipt have caused me months of stress and anguish! My truck was stolen, the day I dropped it off!!! It was recovered days later, but IMC just refused to fix it, even though I was told it was minor damage!! Eventually, about 6 months later, our insurance company had to go and take the truck from their location, with a repair cost of $17,000! Alert 🚨. To all Calgarians in our beloved city and anyone abroad. A week ago I travelled half hour to visit this dealership in hopes to purchase a used Tesla. Upon arrival, the dealership was closed.
