I've used them for the same order in 2016 and 2018 and been pleased so I went back this year, but something has changed. Attention to detail and resolution-oriented customer service is now SEVERELY LACKING in this location. Placed two orders totalling $500 for a university conference a week in advance. Then two hours before everything was supposed to be delivered, Ron told me that FedEx didn't deliver the supplies they needed to complete my order (due to Mardi Gras)?! Absolutely amazing company! Helped my company out last minute and even did extra tasks like pick stuff up from a local store that had nothing to do with printing.
I’ve used this location of International Minute Press since my wedding in 2017. They have always had exceptional service and great quality products. This time around, I had a rush order for Christmas and Ron made sure that I got it right on time. So incredibly thankful for this business and it’s great workers. They have been a blessing in my life for sure!
