Called to see if they have a stethoscope. The woman that answered the phone didn't know what that was, proceeded to speak to someone in another language while I was on the line (didn't even ask me to hold, then the call was disconnected. i was very happy with my first visit and delivery was prompt the next morning i have been back several times since
I had the worst day trying to get my supplies and a close friend of mine told me about IMS and thank God she did because not only they gave me great customer service but they went out of there way to make sure I received my supplies on the same day! Thank you so much and please do not hesitate to use them, they're real Angels I'm super happy with them!
